Photo exhibit is in your hands

We asked for your best pictures symbolizing strange and new encounters in Japan - and JETAA Toronto shutterbugs responded.

Now you have the chance to vote on what gets picked for the March 6 photo exhibit.

Visit JETAA Toronto's online photo submission gallery on Picasa to choose your favourites. To vote, just sign into your Gmail account and click Like. Or if you don't have a Gmail account, send your selections to Amber at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it .

The selected photos will then go on display on March 6 for one evening only at the Gladstone Art Bar in the city's West Queen West neighbourhood.

JETAA Toronto reserves the right to limit each contributor to one photo at the exhibit due to space constraints.

A deejay will be spinning tunes at the photo exhibit, titled Shin/New. Come join us as we celebrate the memories of our time in Japan and enjoy the good music. Drinks will be available on site.
